Shipping Information:
Most items will be shipped same day paid Monday thru Friday with pay-pal or credit card via UPS ground or USPS 2-5 business day delivery (this works out to an expected delivery of 4 to 10 days after payment received. Items will ship same day if received by 11:00AM EST. We email a tracking number the day it ships on every order. Most items will ship free via UPS or USPS. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add $20.00 shipping surge charge. At this time we do not ship out of the United States. Please call if you want your order shipped either UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air.

Payment Options:
For payment we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept personal checks. Please call in if you are going to be paying by check. We will hold the order for 10 business days for check to clear before shipping out the order.

Refund & Return Policies:
Absolutely, within 7 days of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned orders. Items must be returned in original condition with all packing, and instructions, be in resalable condition and packaged in the same manner as received. Shipping/handling fees will not be refunded and package must be returned freight prepaid. We are not responsible for lost returned items. Please make sure to add insurance and tracking to package.

Damaged Policy:
Damaged product must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If you receive your product and it is damaged please save all packing material and contact us at 1-800-432-8075. We will then file a damage clam with the shipper. When the damage claim is completed at your preference we will replace or issue a refund.

Defective Policy:
You have 30 days from date your product is delivered to request a defective claim. Please contact us at 1-800-432-8075. If we determine that the product is defective we will at your preference replace or issue a refund. If product is determined not defective shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
